- 1 cup of green tea, without sugar
- 1 cup of vegetable oats and 1 banana
- 1 small bowl of chicken stir-fried with brown rice
- 1 granola bar and 1 apple Oven-baked salmon with boiled potatoes and
- 1 cup of romaine lettuce salad
