How to Prepare the Golden Antibiotic

When you look at the curcuma and the honey as separate ingredients of this golden mixture, they are quite healthy and effective, but combined, they both have an anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and an anti-carcinogenic effect as well!

The best part about it all is that the golden mixture itself does not have any side effects whatsoever. It even improves your digestion and your intestines.

Here are the ingredients you’ll need to prepare your very own golden mixture:

  • Natural honey – 100 grams
  • Curcuma (turmeric) – 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper – a pinch
  • Natural apple vinegar – 2 tablespoons
  • Grated lemon crust – 1 teaspoon

All you have to do is mix the curcuma, pepper and the apple vinegar and add the lemon crust and the honey in the end, after which you should mix it until as long as all of the ingredients aren’t together.

The mixture should be kept within a closed jar in a fridge.

How to use it:

If you have a disease that should be treated, it is necessary to take one tablespoon of the golden mixture every day.

If a cold is something you might catch soon, a flu or some other infection, it is mandatory to consume one half of a teaspoon every hour, on the first two days of the illness, half a teaspoon in every two hours on the next two days, and in the end, one half of a teaspoon three times a day, in the rest of the period until the disease itself disappears.

Remember not to drink water immediately after consuming it. You can also add it to a slice of bread or even add it to your tea, as long as it’s not hot, so the healing properties don’t get destroyed.

    As the heat destroys the healing properties. Always best to have 3 different people proofread a document.
