Detox is very important, especially in the time of common cold and flu, since our immune system is weak during the winter. Returning your energy and strengthening the immunity can be very easy, you just need a few things.

This treatment will protect five vital organs, liver, lungs, lymph, kidneys and intestines. You need also to stick to next few things:

Try low-fat diet

Ban sweets, meat and potatoes from your diet

Drink fluids as much as you can

This treatment is especially effective if you conduct it at least twice a year for a 10 days. But, if you don’t have time, as almost all people, you can always try a weekend detox.

For this detox you will need birch tea, nettles and dandelion. You will need to exercise regularly, so try some workouts, or go to the swimming pool.

Here is the whole plan:

You need to drink one cup of warm water every morning.

Saturday

Breakfast: Drink one cup of water, the one cup of green tea. Eat one cup of oat flakes with one spoon of linseed. You can drink about 200ml of diet yogurt or almond milk, if you wish, and add grain fresh fruit in it.

Lunch: First, drink one cup of water, then eat two cups of salad (you can add tomato, green and arugula), 250 grams of grilled hake and Swiss chard plus potato. For dessert, eat banana or a melon slice.

Snack: Eat one apple, half cup of ordinary yogurt, one cup of water and 1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds.

Dinner: One piece of 150 gram tuna (grilled in foil), two cups of salad with olive oil and lemon juice, and half cup of broccoli boiled on steam. You can use some integral pastry as an addition. Drink anise tea and one cup of water.

Sunday

Breakfast: One cup of oak flakes with one spoon linseed. Add 200ml of diet yogurt or almond milk with pear. Drink green tea.

Snack: Eat some grapefruit.

Lunch: Eat 200 g of chicken breasts from barbecue and veggie soup, and 150 gram pickle. Drink one cup of water.

Dinner – Make a salad from beet and carrot, and add lemon juice. Add integral pastry and drink one cup of nettle tea.
