As there are a lot of tips for you to lose weight, and keep it off as well, we’ve compiled a smaller list here, to use as a basic guide. Just follow through and don’t make mistakes.
Eat small meals every day. The number of meals should not be greater than six, but the important thing here is to eat every three hours, as you’ll speed up your metabolism and get it to the maximum possible value.
Run up to ten 100 meter sprints whenever you can. This should burn on average about 500 calories, varying from one person to another. Before working out, put on a hoodie, as you’ll sweat much more, and actually burn more calories while at it.
Use smaller plates. This limits the amount of food you’ll be able to pile up.
Use Greek yogurt as a substitute for mayo and sour cream. It’s an amazing substitute, and healthy as well.
Do faster trainings once a week (at least). Fasted trainings help your body lose more fat while your blood sugar is low.
Take healthy breakfasts. Instead of grabbing something from your bakery, take some oatmeal and eggs. And they will surely get you full.
Drink more water. When you’re dehydrated, your body will feel hungry. Tip: take a glass of water every morning, as soon as you get up.
Drink tea. Not too much, though. Teas are full of fat-burning antioxidants, and coffein as well, so don’t take more than 3 cups a day, unless you’re sick.
Eat less sugar. That means foods that contain sugar as well. No more than 70 grams per day.
Buy yourself a pet. Preferrably a dog, as dogs make you take them out for walks, or even runs. They can help you lose more weight, and it’s proven.
Mix up your workout routine. Add some cardio to your weight lifting.
