This type of drink is quite special – first of all, it speeds up your metabolism, even while you’re sitting in the comfort of your own home. Second, it represents a very lazy way of losing weight (but it just makes it more awesome, doesn’t it?), so here’s the recipe:
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 full cup of water
- Boil the water.
- Pour it over the cinnamon, and after that, cover it up as long as it’s not too hot to drink.
- Add honey as soon as the water cools down, and make sure you never add honey in boiling water, as it destroys all the good enzymes within the honey itself.
- Drink one half of this mixture before going to bed, the other half in the morning. After consuming the first half, leave the remains in the fridge and don’t reheat, as it’s not necessary.
