One of the first thing for most of the people this summer is to lose weight, and that can be a hard thing to do. One of the best ways to do it is to change your diet, and you can start from breakfast.

If you want to have energy for the whole day, you need to eat well-balanced breakfast that will give you the right amount of energy when you need it. You will need to make a diet plan that will burn fat storage and only then you will become slimmer and healthier. Here are some breakfast recipes you can use:

Feta and Spinach Scrambled

You will need:
• 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tablespoon of feta cheese
• 2 cups of baby spinach
• 2 whole eggs scrambled

Saute the baby spinach in the olive oil, and then slowly pour the mixture made of eggs over the spinach and cook for about 2 minutes. In the and put feta cheese on top. Add salt and pepper.

Green Smoothies

You will need:

• 1 scoop whey protein powder
• Iced green tea
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds
• 2 large handfuls of baby spinach
• Half cup of frozen organic berries

Mix all the ingredients in a blender until you get a smoothie. If it is too thick, add more green tea.

Egg with Avocadoes and Scallion

You will need:

• 2 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
• 1 medium-sized avocado diced
• 2 whole eggs scrambled
• 1 scallion diced

Put eggs and the scallion in a pan and cook for about two minutes. In the end, put fresh-diced avocados on the top.

Eggs Scrambled

You will need:

• 4 tomatoes sliced in half
• 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
• 2 whole eggs scrambled
• 2 cups of chopped kale

Saute the kale and tomato in olive oil until the kale is nicely wilted. Pour eggs int the sauteed ingredients and add salt and pepper to taste.

Eggs and Broccoli

You will need:

• 4 egg whites
• 8 whole eggs
• 1 and a half cup of 2% organic milk fat cottage cheese
• 1 packaging of organic frozen broccoli

Preheat the oven at 350 degrees Celsius and cook the broccoli in microwave for a few minutes. Once cooked, drain excess water from it.

Mix scrambled eggs with cheese. After that, put broccoli evenly in a baking pan. Grease it first. Put eggs in the mixture and bake until the edges are golden brown. That is for about 40 minutes. Let it cool and cut 8 servings.

Asparagus and Scallion Scrambled

• 1 scallion diced
• 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
• 2 whole eggs
• 2 cups of frozen asparagus spears cut into small pieces

Cook asparagus in extra virgin olive oil, then pour the egg mixture over the sauteed asparagus for about two minutes. In the end, add salt and pepper.
