Refresh Yourself and Decrease Your Appetite

The primary aim while preparing refreshing beverages is to provide the necessary vitamins and minerals to our body. It is important to mix drinks with selected fruits and vegetables that combined will give us their best.

This drink will provide iron, fiber, potassium, magnesium, folic acid and vitamins A, B1, B6, that will wake up your body.

 Spinach Smoothie to Decrease Your Appetite

Ingredients:

  • 3 handfull of spinach.
  • 1 cup strawberries or raspberries.
  • 1 cucumber.
  • Fresh juice of 1 orange or 1 lemon.
  • Fresh mint leaves.

Preparation:

Wash and clean the vegetables and fruits. In a blender place all ingredients except lemon or orange juice and mint.

Stir until you get a single mixture, then add the fresh juice.

In a glass put a few ice cubes, some mint leaves and enjoy the drink.
