Natural Pineapple Cough Syrup
You will need to make this remedy at the first sign of a tickle or pain in the throat. You can keep the syrup in the fridge for a week or so, an even if you haven’t felt cold coming, you can drink it. It will keep your immunity protected and you will feel energized.

- 2 slices of fresh pineapple (remove peel, but leave the core intact)

Directions:
Chop the pineapple with core, and add it to blender with all other ingredients. When the mixture is smooth and ready, you can use it.
