Another important thing is take a glass of water, first thing in the morning. Your system has been working during the night, especially your liver – collecting all the toxins from inside. Consider a glass of water in the morning as taking a shower from inside. Add some lemon drips in it, and you will benefit fully from it. It will boost your metabolism, and you will lessen hunger.
