He claims he had lost 18 kg on a banana diet.

If you want to follow this diet, the most important thing to do is eat bananas with lukewarm water.

This combination speeds up the metabolism.

  • Eat two bananas for breakfast, and then drink a glass of lukewarm water.
  • You may eat for lunch whatever you wish.
  • It is also important not to eat after 6PM; additionally, consume a banana with glass of water between meals.

It is advised to quit eating candies, and consume bananas instead. Drink at least 2l of water every day.
