If this soup is consumed all the time, is may lead to malnutrition, therfore you should drink a lot of water and you can also add kombucha for the beneficial yeast and bacteria for your digestive system.

The original recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • A (16 oz.) can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of celery
  • 3 ibs of carrots, sliced in bite size
  • 1 large head of cabbage chopped in small chunks
  • 6 large green onions, chopped in bite size
  • 2( 8 oz.) cans of green beans
  • Salt and pepper

Optional: cayenne pepper, beef bouillon, chopped parsley, Tabasco sauce, curry powder.

How to prepare it: Put all the ingredients together in a pot, add the spices, pour some water and bring it to fast boil for 10minutes and then reduce to simmer. Cook the vegetables until they become tender.

Organic diet cabbage soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 diced bell pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 bulb of garlic (sliced).
  • 1 large cabbage (shredded).
  • 1 Ib of shiitake mushrooms (sliced).
  • 1 kombu seaweed (rinsed and sliced).
  • 2 Ibs of tomatoes (crushed).
  • 1 leek (rinsed and sliced).
  • Broth.
  • Lots of herbs.
  • Pepper and salt.

How to prepare it: first take some vegetable or coconut oil in order to saute all the vegetables, except for tomato and the cabbage. Then put the tomatoes and the cabbage in a pot, covering them with water and bringing it to boil. Reduce the heat and simmer so that the vegetables become tender and add some fresh or dried herbs, simmering for 5 minutes. At the end, season it for taste.

7 days diet plan.

Day 1— only eat the soup and fruits, drink a lot of pure water, cranberry juice, unsweetened tea or kombucha. Incorporate more watermelon and cantaloupe, but avoid banana.

Day 2— eat only soup and veggies, avoid corn, peas, dry beans, but rather consume green, leafy vegetables. For dinner, take one big buttered potato. Do not consume fruits.

Day 3— eat all the soup, together with fruits and vegetables you want, but exclude the potato for dinner. You can now expect to lose 5-7 Ibs.

Day 4— you can eat as many bananas as you want and drink water as much as you can along with the soup. In order to lessen your cravings for sweet, you will need potassium, calcium, proteins and carbohydrates.

Day 5— you are allowed to take 6 organic tomatoes, 10-20 oz. of beef, lamb, chicken, fish, wheat gluten, beand and aduki. Consume high quality of red animal protein free of antibiotics or hormones, and drink at least 6-8 glasses of water. Eat the soup at least once during the day.

Day 6— you should combine lamb, beef, chicken, fish, beans, etc. with vegetables as much as you can. You can have 2-3 steaks with green leafy vegetables, but no baked potatoes. Eat the soup at least once a day.

Day 7— you are allowed to consume unsweetened fruit, vegetables and brown rice as much as you want, and eat the soup at least once during the day.

If you fillow the diet strictly, you will lose 10-17 pounds. You should make a pause if you lost more than 15 pounds, and than start from day one. Due to the fact that every person has different digestive system, the diet will affect everyone differently.

Additional tips.

Eliminate any bread, pasta and fried foods during the diet.

Do not drink alcohol, and end the diet at least 24 hours before alcohol intake.

Stick to unsweetened tea, water, coffee, skimmed milk and juices. Do not consume carbonated drinks, including diet drinks.

If you are taking some kind of medications, they can not hurt your diet.
