Importance of deep breathing
Since most of the asthma attacks take place due to stress or anxiety; doing some deep breathing exercises goes a long way in reducing both stress as well as anxiety and hence, preventing any severe asthma attack from occurring.
For this it is preferable to lie down on the ground on your back and inhale slowly and exhale gently and deeply. Do this at least five to ten times and try to remain relaxed whatever happens.
