You will need:

  • 1/2 of fresh blueberries (if you cannot find fresh, use frozen)
  • 1/2 of juniper berries
  • 1 liter good red wine
  • 1/2 liter schnapps
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Directions:

Wash blueberries and juniper berries and put them into a big, glass bowl. Pour wine over them and leave it in a fridge for 48 hours. After that pour schnapps over the mix and add sugar and honey. Mix it all together so until honey and sugar are melted. Leave the mixture for seven days, and after a week, your remedy is ready.

Use this four tablespoons of remedy two times a day, in the morning and before you go to sleep. Each dose should contain several berries that you have to chew before swallowing. Wine is used three days, in the morning and before sleep, and then pauses for two days. You can make a new batch if discomforts are still there when you finish the first one.
