It is your first time in the gym. You ask yourself, what are all these exercise equipment for? You worked out on the jogging – treadmill for a while and would like to go on with some more exercising but not sure how the machines work. Then you decide to do some more abs workout and maybe some more of cardio workout then go home. You may find yourself doing the exact thing a couple more times and conclude the gym sucks and it is not your thing.

Do not do this!

Find a gym that will suit you, with qualified instructors that you may ask for help and who will show you how the machines work. First time you experience this in a proper way, the gym will be become that pleasant place that you will enjoy.

When you find the suitable gym, the next thing you may start feeling is lack of self-confidence. Everyone is doing better than you and you may start asking yourself is it the place you want to go to?

It is perfectly normal you lack condition.
It is perfectly normal you can’t do 20 abs instantly.
It is perfectly normal you can’t lift 100kg set of weights.
You are a beginner! Don’t beat yourself up about it! You are at the gym for yourself, not the others!
Set your goals and go for them!
Everyone can lose weight!
Everyone can have stronger muscles!
Everyone can achieve perfectly shaped body!
The key is to be persistent!

If you do everything right, you will see a change within a month.
