As effective as those hours of slogging away on the treadmill like an 1800’s mill mule can be, sometimes it’s just easier to opt for the easier option. Although typically associated with the stereotypical British, rainy afternoons and excessive watching of Netflix, teas can actually help you lose weight. Get a couple of cups of tea down yourself every day and you’ll be laughing your way to the scales in no time.
