So, Schulze discovered Super-tonic. For this recipe, you should use organic ingredients. You will need:
- Fresh Habanero peppers
- Garlic clove
- One red onion
- Ginger root
- Horseradish root
- Apple Cider Vinegar
Put all herbs in one bowl and pour apple cider vinegar over it. Then, peel and chop vegetables into small pieces and put them in a big glass bowl. Pour apple cider vinegar over it, so ACV is three fingers over herbs and vegetables. Cover it with lid and shake it, making sure you don’t spill anything.
Leave tonic in a dark place for at least two to six weeks. The longer it stays, the stronger it will become. Shake it occasionally.
For easier use, you will need to strain this tincture. You will need to use gauze, a strainer and a big bowl. When straining, press the mixture to get all the juices out.
You can pour tonic into little jars, or return it to the old one. Just remember to wash it first. Keep the tonic in dark and cold place.
After the tonic is ready, you can use it immediately. Use it regularly or when needed for immunity boost or to eliminate infections. The taste is strong, so you can always add a little bit of organic honey. Drink a lot of water during the day.
One glass of 20-30 ml per day will be enough, but if you have some severe infection, you can take even 5 dosages during the day.
