Completely Regenerates, Strengthens and Heals the Spine: You Need to Write Down the Recipe for This Homemade Remedy!

Most people will probably experience back pain at some point in their life. However, the greatest misunderstanding of back pain relief is the “need” to relax. When you have a back pain, your body needs to be active, as relaxing for more than 2 days when your spine hurts can actually cause the opposite effect.

Inactive muscles can lead to weakened muscles, depression, and blood clotting in the legs. Therefore, instead of lying down and resting your aching back, get up and start doing some stretches. Regular exercise is the most important thing when it comes to treating any type of back pain.

Besides regular exercise, there are several natural remedies that can relieve or even completely eliminate the pain in your spine, or back. Massages with natural ointments are always welcomed.

Back Pain Remedies

1. Clay

One of the best natural remedies to treat your back pain is clay. It helps eliminating different types of pains, including joint pain. It contains high amounts of mineral salts, potassium, aluminum, copper, iron, magnesium, and silver.

Clay has been used in the treatment of various pains for centuries. In order to use it for this purpose, you need to mix it with bread, a bit of water, vinegar, and a small amount of finely chopped or grinded nettle. Place the mixture in a nylon, or towel. Lubricate the affected area with some olive oil, and put the freshly prepared compress. Do this every day, for a week, until your back pain is completely relieved.

2. Figs and Dried Plums

Dried apricots, figs, and prunes encourage regeneration of tissues, making the spine firmer and stronger. Prepare a tea from one dried apricot, one dried fig, and five prunes and drink it every night before bed. Soak all of these fruits in water, and let them boil. Then, cover and leave them stay for 2 hours. Strain, and your tea for treating spine pain is ready.

3. Black Garlic and Potatoes

The combination of these two common vegetables has power to eliminate the debilitating pain in your spine. Their medicinal properties are reason why we list them as an effective remedy for back pain.

Potatoes are excellent for relieving lower back pain, and reducing swelling. They promote the work of muscles, so they heat the place where they operate. At this point, heat is very pleasant for the back pain sufferer.

Garlic, on the other hand, encourages the blood circulation which affects the movement. Garlic is rich in sulfur, and sulfur is considered to form part of the matrix of bone joints. This can explain its powerful properties.

To prepare a home remedy for treating back and spine health, grind both vegetables and add a bit of salt. Mix thoroughly, and apply a thin layer on the affected area. Cover with a sterile gauze pad, and let it stay overnight.

Garlic helps the treatment of many diseases and conditions, including back problems. It is especially useful in the treatment of disc herniation. Cook 10 garlic cloves in oil, and apply the coating on the affected area. Leave it to stay at least 3 hours before rinsing. Do this on a daily basis for at least a month.

The healing properties of garlic increase when combined with milk, especially for treating sciatica. Mix 4 mashed cloves of garlic with 200 ml of milk, and boil. You can add a bit of honey or other natural sweetener for a better taste. It’s recommended to consume 2l of this mixture per day to relieve your back pain. Since there are no side effects of this natural remedy, you can use it as long as necessary.

4. Cabbage

Coating of cabbage is great for treating back pain. Wash the cabbage leaves thoroughly, and remove the thick parts. Roll them with a rolling pin. Rub some olive oil on the painful area before placing the coatings of the cabbage leaves. Use linen cloth or a gauze to tighten the coating. Leave it to act for 3 hours in the morning, and another 3 in the afternoon.

Do this treatment for 6 days, and then make a one month-pause. After that, repeat the whole treatment.

Cabbage can also be combined with clay in order to be more effective in pain relief. You need to put half a kg of clay powder in a larger container, and add 1l of mineral water, and mix until you receive a homogeneous mixture. You need to add three tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in the resulting mixture and leave it to rest for a few minutes. After a while, the resulting mixture is ready for use.

To increase the effectiveness of cabbage when it comes to relieving back pain, combine it with clay. First, add 1 l of mineral water in 1 kg of clay powder, and mix to get a homogeneous mixture.

Then, just add 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, and let it stay for several minutes. Then, apply the mixture on the affected areas, and cover with cabbage leaves. Secure with gauze or cloth. Leave the coating of clay and cabbage on the affected area for 12 hours.

As we mentioned at the beginning, exercises and stretches are the best way to relieve your back pain, so we strongly recommend combining these remedies with regular exercise.
