Banana-Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup diced pineapple
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 cup skim milk

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in blender.

  • 1 1/4 cups unsweetened almond milk.
  • 1 cup loosely packed kale.
  • 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter, such as PB2.
  • 1 scoop protein powder.
  • 1 ripe banana.
  • 1 cup ice.

Directions.

Combine the almond milk, kale, powdered peanut butter, protein powder, banana and ice in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
